Indeed recruits are dropped into application process in a predetermined stage. If you wish to change where your recruit enters your process or wish to opt-out, please contact your OnShift® Employ client services rep.

Indeed Apply Recruits are captured in a quick report on your Admin Dashboard.

'View All’ ’  (in the  upper left  of the graph) re-routes to the new workflow in Recruitment Contacts or click on Active Applications to continue processing applications as before. 

Indeed.com sends the recruit's resume as an HTML which can be viewed by clicking on this icon button (resume paper with magnifying glass) found in carious places in Employ:

'View all', from Indeed Apply Dashboard report, has your new recruits or applicants filtered in Recruitment Contact.

Indeed recruits are dropped into your current application process.

Depending on your company’s application process, those who use Indeed Apply will complete pre-qualification questions and EEO self-identifications.

Data is transferred and, in the candidate’s process, these stages are timestamped complete. Stages will not be repeated.

At “Review Indeed Apply Stage” either

→ Advance to proceed the now candidate to complete the employment application and remaining steps in your company’s process.

→ OR  Reject the recruit per usual

How do I find the resumes? 

There are several ways to view uploaded resumes from Indeed recruits.
