On the left side of the list, you’ll see a checkbox next to every applicant row. These enable multi-select functionality. Next to the filter buttons, you will also notice a link that says “check all”.
Top box will select all rows.
Selecting items through either method will enable the Mass Action Dropdown which is hidden until any box is checked.
Click on the dropdown to reveal the Mass Action Options. Select the action you would like to take and click “Go” to take the action.

"Check all" will only select those applications on the immediate page. It will not select applications on any subsequent or previous pages. Expand number of visible rows on the bottom right corner. Due to various internet speeds, we recommend only using 5 through 50 rows for multi-select functions for quickest results. |
