Click the link at the top or the bottom of the page that says CLICK HERE TO BEGIN and start by creating your candidate profile.

Close the test job that you opened, so that it doesn’t go out through the XML feed to the job boards, unless you want it to post on the job boards.
Go to Applications, click into the magnifying glass next to your test candidate, and process the candidate.
