To open filter options, click on “Show Filters” in the near top left of the Applications page.

Filter options:

• First Name and/or Last name
• Created date range (application start date)
• Modified date range (date

• last action on an application took place)
• Company
• Opening (Id number)
• Job
• Location

• Stages
• At Admin Stage Only- Check the box to filter only on stages in admins hands
• Assigned Admin/My Applications Only

Select the items on which you wish to limit your list of applications.  Note that “My Applications Only” will limit the list to only those assigned to you currently.  For managers it is possible that you may only have a view of applications currently assigned to you – meaning this filter would not change your list at all.
