Each line item (row) denotes an individual application. A single person may have submitted multiple applications. An application in this context is defined as an expression of interest to a particular position. It does not necessarily mean that the application form has been completed. In the below example, this applicant has started two applications. The one on the bottom is ready for review. The one on top is still working through the early stages of the process.
An application that is ready for review will generally include instructional text, such as “Review Application” in the above case. There are many stages that require action from the administrator. We’ll discuss this in a little more detail in the section Processing Applications.
