A benefit of having qualification questions, before the employment application is presented, is to help focus on applicants that possess minimum qualifications for the position. Implementing a ‘Hard Stop’ will auto-reject (knock-out) these applicants, with a polite message that they did not meet the position’s minimum qualifications. Use an ‘Alert’ if you prefer to simply receive notification that the candidate does not possess the minimum qualification. An ‘Alert’ will allow the candidate to continue to the employment application as well as red flag Qualification Question line item in their application process.
Minimum qualification questions are allocated in the organization's initial CandidateCare setup per company specifications. Questions can be specific in various filters. For example: job title, location, job title and location, or may apply to all new applicants company-wide (enterprise).
