You'll see that there's a section for the email template and for the SMS template. Recruiting messages will go to the recipient via text message if they have opted in to text messages and via email if they have not opted in to text messages. Having both template versions means the recruiter/hiring manager does not need to know the preferences of communication. based on the send option you select for the message.

5. Create the template. Once complete, click Submit.

12. Choose your template from the Template dropdown. Click Load Template. You can edit Edit the template as needed.

  • Send only an email to all of the <total number of> selected candidates
