  1. Save card to digital format by taking a picture or scanning the card into your computer.
  2. Log into your CandidateCare account using the username and password you created when applying.
  3. Once logged in, click on your Dashboard.
  4. Locate the “Upload a file” box (on a small mobile device scroll down to find the upload toolbox).
  5. Under “File Type” select “Secure Document”
  6. Select “Choose File” and select previously saved copy of your Social Security Card.
  7. Once the correct file is selected, click “Submit File”.
