To open filter options, click on “Show Filters” in the near top left of the Applications page.

Filter options:

  • First Name and/or Last name
  • Created date range (application start date)
  • Modified date range (date last action on an application took place)
  • At Admin Stage (view only applicants that require an admin to complete)
  • My Applications Only (view only applications assigned to you)


Advanced Filter options:

  • Opening (Id number)
  • Company
  • Job
  • Location
  • Stage(s)
  • Admin(s)
  • Referral Source
  • Label(s)


NOTE: To improve page load times on application pages, each tab is defaulted to the most recent six months Modified Dates.  *You can override this feature by back dating fields for Modified Date or Created Date ranges.

When searching for a specific name, however, the six-month date filters are not engaged. 


Select the items on which you wish to limit your list of applications.  Note that “My Applications Only” will limit the list to only those assigned to you currently.  For managers it is possible that you may only have a view of applications currently assigned to you – meaning this filter would not change your list at all.
