Filter options

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Created Date – application start date

  • Modified Date – date last action on an application took place

  • Opening ID

  • Job

  • Company

  • Location

  • Stage

  • Admin

  • Label

  • Referral Source

  • Referral Detail

  • At Admin Stage Only – view only applicants that require an admin to complete, for example “Review Application.”

  • My Applications Only – view only applications assigned to you. It's possible you may only have permission to view applications currently assigned to you, meaning this filter would not change your list at all.

NOTE: To improve page load times on application pages, each tab is defaulted to the most recent 6 months' Modified Dates.  You can override this feature by back dating fields for Modified Date or Created Date ranges.

When searching for a specific name, however, the 6-month date filters are not engaged.

Other Navigation Tips

Sorting

Sort in ascending or descending order by clicking on a column header. Once sorted, the sort/arrow icon will remain static on that column as a reminder of which column and direction you've sorted. You may only sort on one column at a time.

Pagination

At the bottom right of the page, you can set how many records display per page, as well tab through the pages.
