Clean your active workflow by setting a time to auto-reject applications not dispositioned or advanced.
Only one auto reject reason can be enabled.
Client Admin and Full Access Admin have permission to manage this setting. All others, please contact your supervisor or Employ Support Rep.
→ Manage Systems tab → Client Settings → Tenant Settings
Below’s example is to reject all applications , in all stages that were created 90 days but not modified within 90 days as “Application Timeout”.
