Candidates Page
Candidates
Found under the Recruitment tab, the Candidates index includes your entire applicant database, showing all Active, Hired and Rejected candidates. Update a candidate’s contact information and assign a temporary password on this page.
Click the blue arrow to the left of a candidate's name to review their contact information and history.
Advanced Filters
Use the Advanced Filters option found on the upper right to search for specific candidates.
Add a Candidate
Add a candidate by clicking + Candidate.
To create a candidate you will need at least a valid email address and first and last name. The system will let you know if the email is already registered and will auto-complete contact information associated with that email address.
Once a candidate is added, the system will automatically email the user their login credentials.
Error when adding new candidate
Occasionally you may receive an error when adding a new candidate.
Search the email address in the Candidates page to see if they have already created an account. If you do not find the candidate, they probably have a profile with another customer.
We recommend reaching out to the candidate outside of Employ to invite them to register with your company.
