Technical Issue - When I try making an account it sends me an email to reset my password, but it will not let me log in because I cannot create an account.

Problem

“When I try making an account it sends me an email to reset my password, but it will not let me log in because I cannot create an account. Since the website is not letting me sign in or create an account. What should I do in order to proceed with the process?” - signed, a frustrated applicant

Solutions

When the system is asking for a password, it is an indication your email is registered, possibly with another Employ client. Use ‘forgot password link’ to reset. Once you are logged in, select a job to apply to and complete the profile registration.

Check the format of your mobile phone number in your profile. The format must be (xxx) xxx-xxxx
