Problem

I’m trying to reapply to XYZ Company but see “Valid record on file for this position” message.

I’m trying to apply to a job I used to have at ABC Company but it won’t let me.

Solution

Hired candidates are defaulted to lock so that HR can confirm each former employee is eligible for rehire. Contact HR to unlock your application.

Many companies set time limits on when you can reapply. Contact HR to unlock the previous application.
