Openings Navigation and Explanation
Openings page has three tabs
→ Current - jobs that are actively open
→ Advertised - review how each current opening is advertised
→ Archived - this is where jobs live after they have been closed
Status - column - gray color indicates the feature is disabled (see image for icons)
Hired - column displays the number of applicants hired for the requisition
Apps received - click the number in the column to view all applicants for the requisition
Age - hover over the age of the requisition to view exact dates
Action - column view, edit, clone, review screening questions and job/position application process - (see image for icons)
New Advanced Filters!!
The original search box still exists on the Openings page with Employ’s new advanced filters.
Click into the field to display options
-> Check the box to add to filter
-> To delete - click the 'X' next to the element to remove
-> Click Submit to set the filters
Openings page displays the first 25 current openings. At the bottom right of the page, rows may be expanded to view 50 or 10 condensed.
