Job Templates - Job Category
Selecting the appropriate job category is important for accurate EEO-1, OFCCP and VEVRAA reporting requirements for many customers. The three compliance reports track the number applied and hired within a Job Category and by race and gender.
Aligning a job title incorrectly will provide inaccurate data the EEO-1 report, VET-4212 report and OFCCP reporting requirements that are exported from OnShift Employ reporting.
