Applications tabs default to display applications within the most recent 6 months that you have permission to view.  This will be all applications currently assigned to you, as well as any you have been granted explicit permission to view. Clearing the date filter will display applications older than 6 months.

Each line item (row) denotes an individual application.  A single person may have submitted multiple applications.  An application in this context is defined as an expression of interest to a particular position.  It does not necessarily mean that the application form has been completed.  In the example above, applicant Michael Scott has two applications.  The CNA application is in give offer stages. The one on Dietician application is still working through the early stages of the process.

An application that is ready for review will generally include, in the stage column instructional text, such as “Review Application”.  There are often stages that require action from the administrator.  We’ll discuss this in a little more detail in the section PROCESSING APPLICATIONS.
