Advanced Filters

To open filter options click on “Advanced Filters” top right under the status tabs of the Applications page. 

Select the items on which you wish to limit your list of applications.  Note that “My Applications Only” will limit the list to only those assigned to you currently. 

Click into the field to add specifics → type in keywords or check the box next to the item to add. For example, in job filter you may select more than one job.
To remove an item → click the gray 'X' to the right of the item to remove

Clear to delete all filters

Submit to apply filters selected.

Click “Advanced Filters” to collapse filters.

Filter options:

 Click here to see Filter Options
  • First Name and/or Last name

  • Opening (Id number)

  • Admin

  • Created date range (application start date)

  • Company

  • Label

  • Modified date range (date last action on an application took place)

  • Job

  • Referral Source

  • At Admin Stage (view only applicants that require an admin to complete, for example “Review Application”.)

  • Location

  • Referral Detail

  • My Applications Only (view only applications assigned to you. For some admin, it is possible that you may only have permission to view applications currently assigned to you – meaning this filter would not change your list at all.)

  • Stage

NOTE: To improve page load times on application pages, each tab is defaulted to the most recent six months Modified Dates.  *You can override this feature by back dating fields for Modified Date or Created Date ranges.

When searching for a specific name, however, the six-month date filters are not engaged. 


Other Navigation Tips

Sorting

Ascend – Descend, Descend – Ascend by clicking on a column header. The column sorted will darken and triangle will appear  (right side of column) as a reminder of which column and direction you have sorted. You may only sort on one column at a time.

Pagination

At the bottom right of the page, you can set how many records display per page, as well tab through the pages.
