On the right side of the Applications index, in the Actions column, you will see a series of icons. Each icon clicked will open a corresponding popup screen. When you are finished managing or viewing, click the 'X' in the upper right corner.
From left to right they are:
View - Takes you to the Application Detail page of the candidate in that row in a pop up screen. This is where all applications are processed and should be the most used of the icons.
Assessments – A shortcut to view any Behavioral Assessments (OnShift’s job-related behavioral assessments) that have been completed.
Files - Any documents that have been uploaded in association with this application, for example: resumes or certifications
Notes – Any notes that have been added in association with this application. Notes are for internal use only and cannot be seen by a candidate.
Résumé - view an HTML version of the résumé shared.
Darkened icons indicate data is available. Gray highlighted icons indicate no data is available.
