Embed a PDF in a message template, job opening or site content manager to share documents with your candidates.

First - upload document into Employ

  1. Click the chain link icon to open upload feature

  2. Click Insert Source icon

  3. Choose file then click Open

  4. Click Save to complete the upload

To easily identify files uploaded in Employ, rename the document before uploading!

Then insert (embed) link into document

Click in the Body box of the Message Template   

  1. Highlight document title in body box

  2. Click the chain link icon

  3. Click Insert Source icon to access upload index

  4. In the Link List drop down, select the document to insert

  5. Save - the document is embedded in the message template

Change the open link to open in a “New Window”. When the link is clicked, the document opens in a new window so that the document may be viewed without losing the candidate.
