Communicate with your team or keep yourself organized with customizable colored labels.
Label creation, editing and deleting is limited to Client Admin permission level. All permission levels can use them.

Application labels will not carry over to Recruitment Contacts index. Separate labels will need  to be created. Recruitment Contacts

-> Manage Systems tab  -> Client Settings  -> Labels

Design the new label

  1. Click ADD

  2. Label Name should be brief

  3. Select a Label color by clicking the color box

  4. Label Type select - Application and Recruitment labels are independent from application labels. Meaning, a red label on your active Applications tab may not mean the same as the red label in Recruitment
    ”Application” to show on applicaiton tab
    “Recruit” to ensure your new label is accessible on Recruit Contacts


Adding a Label to Application workflow

To add a label to an individual → Click the label/tag icon to open label legend and select label(s) to add.

To mass label 

→ Check the box next to candidates → Select "Assign Label" → Click go to open label legend 


Adding a label to the Recruitment tab

To add a label to an individual → Click the label/tag icon to open label legend and select label(s) to add.

Filter on specific label

->Show Filters  -> Advanced Filters
