In order to search for candidates, click on the “Candidates” tab at the top of the screen.

Duplicated from the Applications “Show Filters”, the filter options have expanded to more options to really refine a candidate search.

Count of Efforts – recruiter efforts

Count of Notes -  internal notes about the recruit/candidate

Count of Job Invitations – how many job invitations have been sent

Days since last contact – days since someone has reached out to the recruit/candidate

Add a candidate

To create a candidate you will need at least a (valid) email address and first and last name. Once a candidate is added, the system will automatically email the user their login credentials.

The system will let you know if the email is already registered and will auto-complete contact information associated with that email address

Error when adding new candidate

Occasionally you may receive an error when adding a new candidate.

Search the email address in the candidates page to see if they have already created an account. If you do not find the candidate, they probably have a profile with another customer.

We recommend reaching out to the candidate outside of Employ to invite them to register with your company
