You can modify your OnShift Employ email address in My Account settings. Make sure you're modifying the system email, not just email! If you don't set up a system email, OnShift Employ defaults to yourname@employ.onshift.com address.

Messages, emailed and texted, sent through OnShift Employ are not only emailed to the candidate but are also saved in their dashboard messages. Employ's robust message tracking functions similarly to regular email. Candidates have the flexibility to reply directly to the email or through the message on their dashboard, ensuring organized and written records of all correspondence. This includes tracking system messages sent to both you and the candidate regarding this application.
