Messages Tab

The Messages tab is where to find your system email and text correspondence.

  • My Inbox – Messages from applicants who are assigned to you, or applicants replying to messages sent from yourname@employ.onshift.com will show under My Inbox.

  • Company Inbox – Messages sent unsolicited from applicants or others outside the system to company@employ.onshift.com will show in the Company Inbox. This may be utilized for recruitment.

You can modify your OnShift Employ email address in My Account settings. Make sure you’re modifying the system email, not just email. If you don't set up a system email, OnShift Employ defaults to yourname@employ.onshift.com address.

My Inbox

Emailed and texted messages sent through OnShift Employ are sent to the candidate and saved in their dashboard messages. Employ's robust message tracking functions similarly to regular email. Candidates have the flexibility to reply directly to the email or through the message on their dashboard, ensuring organized and written records of all correspondence. This includes tracking system messages sent to both you and the candidate regarding this application.

Click the SMS tab to manage text conversations in your Inbox.

Search by first name, last name and phone number.
