• when a future hired date is used

• ADP does not allow future hired dates in this API integration

• Hold sending future hires until the hired date.

• Or send for current date and modify in ADP

homeOrganizationalUnits/nameCode/codeValue  is invalid.

• Job or Cost Number is not aligning with the Business Unit or Location

• Check that your job codes and cost codes are correct

• Check the candidates phone numbers are correctly formatted. ADP will only accept (xxx) xxx-xxxx.

Response Text : 09/08/22 19:32:27 - You cannot add new hire <name> because the employee's information already exists under another name.

• Employee is a rehire

• Current version of ADP API does not accommodate rehires. You will need to reactivate the employee in ADP and manually update.
