Update a Candidate's Profile

There are a couple of ways to access a candidate’s profile to update their basic contact information.

From the Candidates tab

  1. Find the candidate and click into their recruit page

2. Click Edit in the actions column. Edit information as needed, then click Submit to save.

From the Candidate's Application

  1. Click Candidate Details.

  1. Click the pencil icon next to their name in the blue header to edit. Edit information as needed, then click Submit to save.


Error Messages

  • Username Already exists or An error occurred while processing your request #964

Search the user by name in the Candidates tab to see if they have more than one profile.

If yes - contact support@onshift.com (800.385.1494 option 2) to have the profiles merged. We will need to know which is the preferred email address

If no - the candidate may be registered with another Employ client. The candidate may use the same login credentials across tenants. If they do not recall their password, simply instruct them to reset their password using the Forgot Password link.
