Need a candidate’s name to stand out from hundreds of others? Red flags Flags can be enabled individually or set for a specific rejection reason to automatically red flag all candidates rejected for that reason.
A few red flag scenarios:
Habitual applicant
Poor interview
Failed drug screening
Calls the office daily
All administrator manager roles and sub-roles have permission to manually flag/un-flag a candidate

Flag an Individual Candidate
From Candidate Details, click the pencil icon.
Check the Flag User box.
Enter a reason for flagging the candidate.
Click Submit to save. A red flag icon will now appear next to the candidate’s name.
