Important

Avesta takes handling your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) seriously. Rest assured, whether in a document or uploaded to your files to CandidateCare, your information is encrypted, secured and not shared with anyone without proper permissions. 

Instructions


  1. Save card to digital format by taking a picture or scanning to your computer.
  2. Log into your CandidateCare account using the username and password you created when applying.
  3. Once logged in, click on your Dashboard.
  4. Locate the “Upload" a file box (on a small screen device, scroll down the page).
  5. Under “File Type” select “Secure Document”.
  6. Select "Choose File" and select previously saved copy of your Drivers License.
  7. Once the correct file is selected, click “Submit File”.
  8. You're done! Please contact support with questions or concerns at (330)342-1395.


Tips

Maximum upload size is 20MBs per document. You may need to resize your image.
