Uploading Your Resume and Documents

You can easily upload resumes, cover letters and other supporting documents to your Dashboard. OnShift Employ is essentially an electronic “file folder” with your pre-employment information organized in one secure place for human resources to view instantly.

  1. Visit the career page of the company you are applying to and log in to your application using the email address and password you've registered with.

  2. Click Dashboard on the left-side menu (or on a mobile device, click the hamburger menu icon).

  3. On the right side of your dashboard there are instructions on uploading a file.

    1. On some small-screen mobile devices, the file upload toolbox may be found by scrolling down.

  4. Select a file type to upload from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click browse to choose a local file. A new window will open to allow you to search and select your document.

  6. Select the file and click Open.

You may upload as many documents as you like. Each document will be listed in the file library by name and the date the file was uploaded.

 

Q: How do I delete an old resume from my dashboard?
Currently, candidates cannot delete their own files. Contact us at support@onshift.com. We will need your name, company you have applied to and the name of the file(s) to delete.
