Quick Apply Set-Up in OnShift Employ

With Quick Apply you can let candidates apply to your opening faster, using just their contact information and an optional resume upload.

Candidates View

Users click Apply Now, just as they would for a standard application without Quick Apply.

After clicking Apply Now, Quick Apply applicants have a brief application process, entering their email address and completing all options you selected for the opening.

This opening has default registration (name, email, phone) and the “include cover letter” option.

After the applicant hits submit, the Quick Apply process is complete. The applicant will receive a confirmation on screen thanking them for their interest and letting them know their information was received.  Applicants will have the option to select “Begin Forms” to continue through the full application process or they can select “Go to Dashboard” and continue exploring openings.

 

Enable Quick Apply

Enable Quick Apply by selecting it as the requisition type for your opening. You can choose to require long registration details, a resume, and other details like usual. When Quick Apply is selected, it will automatically select Request Resume.

View Quick Apply Candidates

Hiring managers/HR/recruiters can follow up immediately. Quick Apply applicants appear in both the applications for the position and in the candidates list.
