Problem
The link in my contingent offer email says I "don't have access". or
The link in my “selected to proceed” email says I "don't have access".
Solution
To keep your information secured, you must be logged in to OnShift Employ for the link to allow access. to that page.
Log in then click the link. Or log in to your Dashboard then click the link next to Status.
On a mobile phone, click the house icon found in the upper left corner to open the menu and login box.
