With Indeed Easy Apply integration, resumes may drop into the application process or funnel resumes to Candidate Contacts.
In a few easy clicks, those that apply to your job ads on Indeed are automatically inserted into your Employ application process - contact information , qualification questions, EEO and resume. Manage your Indeed sourced candidates in your workflow with candidates from other sources.
With Employ - Indeed Easy Apply integration - qualification questions, EEO (voluntary self-identification), and referral source are collected as well.
Indeed Apply recruits are captured in a quick report on your Admin Dashboard.
Click 'View All’ (in the upper-left of the graph) re-routes to the new workflow in Candidates tab.
INDEED RESUMES DROPPED INTO THE APPLICATION PROCESS
To find Indeed Applies in the Application indexes
→ Click on Active Applications → Advanced filters → Stage “Review Indeed Apply”.
Depending on your company’s application process, those who use Indeed Apply will complete pre-qualification questions and EEO self-identifications.
Data is transferred and, in the candidate’s process, these stages are timestamped complete. Stages will not be repeated.
At “Review Indeed Apply Stage” either:
→ Advance - Click the green check button to advance the candidate to the next stage in your process. (Your process may vary from the example in the screen shot.) When advancement is initiated, the system automatically send an email to the recruit inviting them to continue the application process.
→ OR Reject the application by clicking the red x button
Indeed.com sends the recruit's resume as an HTML which can be viewed by clicking view resume icon (icon resume paper with magnifying glass) found in various places in Employ:

Upper left in the candidate’s information - > click 'View Resume”
INDEED RESUMES DROPPED INTO CANDIDATE CONTACTS
→ Click -> Recruitment tab → then Candidates
→ Advance filters
→ Status - select “New from Indeed”
→ ‘Submit’

In the Actions column click the paper icon for a popup of the resume HTML.
