There are two ways to access and change a candidate’s password: from the Recruitment tab or from the candidate profile.

Changing Password from the Recruitment Tab

1. From the Recruitment tab, click Candidates.

2. Find the candidate, then click View Recruit File from the Actions options.

3. On the Recruit Details page, click Edit.

4. Click Change Password.

The password must be a minimum of 8 characters, in a combination of capital letters, numbers, and special characters. There must be no consecutive numbers (ex: 234) or letters (ex: xyz).

5. Enter the new password and confirm your entry. Click Submit to save changes.

Changing Password from the Candidate Profile

1. From the candidate’s profile, click Candidate Details.

2. Click the pencil icon next to their name in the blue header.

3. Click Edit Email/Password.

4. Follow the remaining instructions in steps 4 and 5 above, following the same password requirements.
