Application Reminder (see screenshot below):
{{first_name}}, to continue your {{company}} application, go to {{subdomain}} and login.

Schedule Interview:
Your interview is scheduled for {{date_interview}} at {{time_interview}} Please bring a picture form of ID & certifications.

Welcome New Hire Message:
Welcome to {{company}}! We look forward to having you as part of our team as a {{job}} in {{location}}!

Interview Location:
Your scheduled interview will be at {{company}} in {{location}}. See you then!



Adding a Message:

To add the message, in the horizontal navigation bar at the top of your screen, go to:

Manage System >> Message Templates

Choose the template to which you wish to add an email message.

You can place these in the box below the email template box. You have variables at your disposal in the SMS Mapper drop-down so you can add merged information to your messages. Bear in mind that there is a limit of 140 characters, so if your variable produces many characters, it may cut off the message. When the message reads as you wish it to read, click Submit.
