Candidates tab searches your entire applicant database: Active, Hired and Rejected. In order to search for candidates, click on the “Candidates” button at the top of the screen.
Upgraded Candidates tab has all the functions before plus a whole lot more.

Numbers at a glance for individual recruit

Count of Applications  -  archives of a candidate’s applications (active, rejected, hired)

Count of Efforts – recruiter efforts

Count of Notes -  internal notes about the recruit/candidate

Count of Job Invitations – how many job invitations have been sent

Days since last contact – days since someone has reached out to the recruit/candidate

View Recruit File  - review Recruit Details - includes recruitment efforts and

View Applications - view historical applications of a candidate if they exist

Edit Recruit Details – update email and contact information

View Notes - internal notes about the recruit/candidate

View Uploaded Files – documents, resumes, certifications, etc.

Add a new candidate or recruit

To create a candidate you will need at least a (valid) email address and first and last name. Once a candidate is added, the system will automatically email the user their login credentials.

The system will let you know if the email is already registered and will auto-complete contact information associated with that email address.
