Un-rejecting a Rejected Candidate in Applications

If your permission level is Recruiter, Client Admin, or Full Access Administrator, you have access to do this. Hiring Managers and Processing Managers do not have this ability.

1. Go into the Rejected tab in Applications. Search/filter for the candidate(s).

2. Check the box to the left to choose the candidate, or you may select more than one!

3. In the drop-down click “Mark as Active.”

Un-reject or Reactivate an Application by Candidate

Below are instructions to un-reject an application or reactivate a single hired application.

Who can perform this task? Full Access Admin and Client Admin users.

1. Find the candidate. It is easiest to search in the Candidates tab. Search results will include all candidate applications regardless of status or created date. Searching the candidate in the Rejection tab is also an option.

2. In the Actions column, click on the View icon for the rejected application.

3. On the left side, click the “Override and Mark Application as Active button.

To Reactivate a Hired Applicant

1. Find the candidate in the Hired tab or in Candidates.

2. In the Actions column, click on the View icon for the Hired application.

3. On the left side, click the “Override and Mark Application as Active button.
