Reactivate a Rejected or Hired Application
Un-Rejecting Applications in Bulk
Recruiters, Client Admins and Full Access Administrators have access to un-reject multiple applications at a time. Hiring Managers and Processing Managers do not have this ability.
Click the Rejected tab in Applications. Search/filter for the application(s).
Check the box to the left to select.
In the dropdown on the lower left of the page, click Mark as Active then Go. A popup will ask you to confirm this action.
You’ll receive a confirmation on screen that the applications have been marked as active and the applications will move to the Active tab.
Un-Reject a Single Application
Full Access Administrators and Client Admin users can also override a rejected application by viewing the application from the Actions tab.
1. Find the application. In the Actions column, click the View icon.
On the left side of the application view, scroll down and click Override and Mark Application as Active.
You’ll see a confirmation at the top of the page that the application has been marked as active.
Reactivate a Hired Applicant
1. Find the candidate in the Hired tab.
2. In the Actions column, click on the View icon for the Hired application.
3. On the left side of the application view, scroll down and click Override and Mark Application as Active. A popup will ask you to confirm this action. Upon confirmation, you’ll see a popup at the top of the page and the application will be moved to the Active tab.
