Embed a PDF

Embed a PDF in a message template, job opening or site content manager to share documents with your candidates.

Upload the document

  1. Click the chain link icon to open the upload feature.

  2. Click the Insert Source icon.

  3. Choose file then click Open.

  4. Click Save to complete the upload.

Insert/Embed Link Into Document

  1. In the Body box, highlight the document title.

  2. Click the chain link icon.

  3. Click Insert Source icon to access upload index.

  4. In the Link List dropdown, select the document to insert.

  5. Save and the document is embedded in the message template.

Change the open link to open in a “New Window”. When the link is clicked, the document opens in a new window so that the document may be viewed without losing the candidate.
