Who can create campaigns? Full Access Admin and Client Admin.
A campaign can also be created to add Google Analytic tags to every page.
A new campaign can be created when advertising on a job board not available in Employ.
A campaign can be created to set on tracking pixel on a stage or specified page on OnShift Employ website.
Setting Up a New Campaign:
→ Under Recruitment tab, select "Tracking Campaigns"
→ Click “New” button
→ Name the campaign (typically the source)
→ Description is optional and for internal purposes
→ Internal Tracking OnShift Tracking checkbox allows OnShift Employ to track the specific referral link. Do not check this if you are planning on using the source’s tracking pixels.

→ Published - check this to publish and use the tracking pixel
→ The 'Referral Source' and 'Referral Source Detail' will link an application back to the campaign.
You will be redirected to Add Tracking Pixels to your new campaign:

Next step is to add the pixel.
→ Click the plus sign in Pixel List column of the new campaign
Details
→ Name (typically the source) Select name to identify the pixel for reporting purposes
→ Companies - Choose the companies you want to use the tracking pixel
Select what page
→ Advertising Pixel Type
“All pages” places the pixel on each page as indicated in Advertising Pixel Placement. *All pages will place code on every page in front end of your website; this is useful when using Google Analytic tags.
Select where the pixel will fire
“Conversion” allows the pixel to be placed on a specific page
→ Advertising Pixel Placement choose where where the pixel will fire on
the page to place pixel
Inside <head>
Directly below <body>
Directly before </body>
→ Conversions Page available when Advertising Pixel Type Conversion is selected, choose which page you would like to track. An application process or specific page in your menu (which will only work with URLs from OnShift Employ)
→ Tracking Code
** If using a vendor’s pixel, add your JavaScript tracking Code (if customizing) in the box provided and check “Approved”. OnShift will review the pixel’s validity and security.
Using the Hoplinks:
There are 3 Hoplinks that are provided for tracking conversions. These links will redirect to either the homepage, Current Openings (Job Opening Browse), or a specific job position description (Job
Opening View).
→ Copy the hoplink and paste into the job board advertisement, social media, or other advert.
To track a specific job use the Job Opening View link and replace {opening_id} with the job ID number

Reports tab → Metrics and Graphs → Campaigns → Campaign Hits
Campaign Hits report defaults to the most recent 6 days. It is recommended if you expand the date range, you might need to also increase the Limit Results to ensure all data is gathered.
- Set your filters
- Click the green "Apply Filters" button
- To or to compare or isolate report to a single campaign:
- hover over the campaign to remove
- click the black 'x' to hide
