  • A campaign can also be created to add Google Analytic tags to every page.

  • A campaign can be created to set on tracking pixel on a stage or specified page on OnShift Employ website.

Setting Up a New Campaign:

  1. Under Recruitment tab, select "Tracking Campaigns"

  2. OnShift Tracking checkbox allows OnShift Employ to track the specific referral link.
  3. The 'Referral Source' and 'Referral Source Detail' will link an application back to the campaign.

You will be redirected to Add Tracking Pixels to your new campaign:

  4. Select name to identify the pixel for reporting purposes

  5. Choose the companies you want to use the tracking pixel
  6. Select a pixel type: Conversion or All Pages
*All pages will place code on every page in front end of your website; this is useful when using Google Analytic tags.

  7. Select where the pixel will fire

  8. Select what page the pixel will fire on: An application process or specific page in your menu (which will only work with URLs from OnShift Employ)
  9. Add your JavaScript tracking Code (if customizing)

Using the Hoplinks:

There are 3 Hoplinks that are provided for tracking conversions. These links will redirect to either the homepage, Current Openings (Job Opening Browse), or a specific job position description (Job Position View).

Copy the hoplink and paste into the job board advertisement, social media, or other advert.

When selecting "Job Position View" replace the curly brackets and text with the job ID number you would like to feature.
