Easily export a candidate's completed onboarding documents to save locally or print.
The Signed Forms feature provides two options:
Download to a Zip ZIP file to store locally or email – includes the candidate's uploaded files.
Download a Combined PDF for emailing, storing, and printing a completed new employee packet. This does NOT include the candidate's uploaded files.
Permissions: Full Access Admin, Client Admin, and Hiring Manager (if they have access to PII personal identifiable information and/or secured data).

Access Signed Forms.
Select specific files or all.
Select file type.

4. Click “Pending Downloads”Downloads.”

5. When status states “Ready” - “Ready.” click the name of the file to download.
