Access, update and control your administrator account information from your profile menu. Once logged in, click the profile icon next to your name on the upper right. This will open a sidebar menu on screen.

Your profile is not public. Add as much information as you prefer or as little as required. Assign an alias OnShift® Employ email address and avoid If desired, your company can create an OnShift Employ email alias to direct emails to, rather than your company email inbox from swelling. Enter the alias in the System Email field.

Default Send Email: The email address selected from the dropbox dropdown will be the default email address for all messages you send through OnShift® OnShift Employ. When sending messages, there will be an opportunity to select another email address or select a default Employ SMS number if your company has locations in multiple states.

Two-factor authentication is available (optional and upon request)OnShift® While OnShift Employ is secure and encrypts sensitive data, however, newspapers/nightly news will tell you "big" name companies are regularly compromised. Two-factor works two-factor authentication works as an extra step in the process, a second security layer , that will reconfirm your identity when logging in.

  1. Select Enable Two Factor at the top of the page.

  2. Choose from three options on how to receive your second authentication code:

  1. Click Enable under the option you select, then fill out any additional fields.

  2. Create a challenge question and answer that

Manage notification - subscription settings: OnShift® . OnShift Employ sends email notifications to the Admin Assigned for the various actions described below.

Only one administrator may receive notifications, referred to as the “Admin Assigned” to a current opening or admin assigned to the applicantNotifications for an opening or from an assigned applicant are sent only to the Admin Assigned. Reassigning an application(s) to another recruiter or hiring manager will transfer notifications to that administrator.
