Click on the person icon in the upper right to access profile and account settings menu.

My Account:

Access, update and control for your administrator account information. Your profile is not public. Add as much information as you prefer or as little as required. Assign an alias OnShift® Employ email address and avoid your company email inbox from swelling.

Default Send Email: The email address selected from the dropbox will be the default email address for all messages you send through OnShift® Employ. When sending messages, there will be an opportunity to select another email address or select a default Employ SMS number if your company has locations in multiple states.

Security Settings:

Two-factor authentication is available (optional and upon request).  OnShift® Employ is secure and encrypts sensitive data, however, newspapers/nightly news will tell you "big" name companies are regularly compromised. Two-factor works as an extra step in the process, a second security layer, that will reconfirm your identity when logging in.

Choose from three options on how to receive your second authentication code:

-Google Authenticator
-SMS Text Message
-Email Verification 

Create a challenge question and answer that OnShift® Employ Support can refer to in the event you ever lose access to your second-factor account.

Message Setting:

Manage notification - subscription settings: OnShift® Employ sends email notifications to the Admin Assigned for various actions described below.

Only one administrator may receive notifications, referred to as the “Admin Assigned” to a current opening or admin assigned to the applicant. Reassigning an application(s) to another recruiter or hiring manager will transfer notifications to that administrator.

Messages from Candidate – The candidate replied to an emailed message sent through Employ.

HR Stage Started – For example, the candidate completed the application package and is currently in the “Review Application” stage.

Pre-qualification Alert – Be alerted when a candidate answers a qualification question incorrectly. NOTE: the qualification question must have Admin Alert enabled.

Application Reassigned to You – When an application is reassigned to you.

Document Uploaded – The candidate uploads a document, for example a certification.

Background Check Completed – Integrated background screening results. First Advantage subscription required.

Admin SMS Notification Notification for each candidate text response.

Admin Effort Notification – Indeed Apply, Employ Quick Apply, and new resume drop flow.
