The Application lockout feature is defaulted on candidates that who have been hired to allow HR to confirm each former employee is eligible for rehire.
...
Example: OnShift's behavioral assessments may only be taken once every six months. Lockout set to 180 days would forbid an applicant who may have been rejected for a low assessment score from reapplying for six months.
Lockout applies to only the exact JOB Job ID number. It does not prevent a candidate from submitting applications for same job title at a different location.
Contact OnShift to enable application lockout.
