Click the blue plus button next to Apps & Efforts to record a recruitment effort, for example: “Left a voicemail” or “Had a phone call she seems like a great fit. Sent resume to Sally to review.”
The human icon found on the right provides a peek at the candidate's application history, if any.
The Status details provide a snapshot of the last date that anyone has recorded activity with the recruit and a history count of tasks and applications. You can click the arrow icon to see additional details.
Click the arrow icon in the status column for additional information.
Click the blue plus button by Notes to record any further details.
Use the Messages section to view message history with the recruit.
