As mentioned previously, each application submitted has its own application process and must be considered and processed in consideration of the position for which they have applied.  To that end, the system creates an application track for each application submitted. 

The application process is company specific, and may vary from internal to external postings, and even between departments or jobs.  

Application Detail Page Overview

Clicking through the magnifying glass on the Active Applications list, opens Application Detail.  This frame includes the application process as well as other information associated with the application. 




  1. Candidate Details – Contact information and quick view of applicant’s account history including other applications submitted with this account and their disposition.
    Application Summary – An overview of the application: the job, location, and company applied to; created date; and the current admin assigned.
  2. Associated Application Items – Click on the item word for quick access to messages, uploaded files and notes in relation to application. The number, to the right of icon, represents how many items are in each section. Round green plus (plus) opens toolbox for creating.

  3. Application Process – Predefined set of stages your company has defined as the process an application must move through to be fully vetted and documented prior to hire.  (Fortunately, it’s as easy as clicking a button!)
  4. Applicant RecordIncluding the applicant name.  The record number below the applicant name refers to the number of results returned based on any filters assigned.  If no filters are assigned, it’s the total number of Active/Rejected/Hired applications.

     Return to List closes the Application Detail frame returning you to Active Applications list. 
     opens the Application Detail in a new window. 
    Refresh this page icon will refresh the application process.  This is necessary if you want any changes made within that application to reflect on the applications list.  For speed, the list is cached and does not always reload on every action. 
  5. Next/Previous applicationAllows you to page between applications within your applied filter.




Candidate Details

In addition to contact information of the applicant and current application summary, you may review a candidate’s application history by clicking
A quick view of applicant’s account history includes created date, company, job title, location, and application status. Inactive applications provide disposition in status column.  Click on a job title to review that particular associated application items detail.




Associated Application Items Detail

These are items associated with the application, such as: uploaded files, messages and internal notes, but not integral to the process.
