Problem
"I was trying to fill out an application online and it said that my phone or email number is already in use. I however don't have profile with your company. I was just wondering if I could get that either fixed or something."
Solution
This error message appears because you may have:
Already created a profile with a different email address and phone number.
- Should you no longer have access to, or remember the old email address, please contact support@onshift.com
Already created a profile with a typo in the email address.
- Please contact support@onshift.com
Created a profile with another OnShift Employ client, probably with a different email address
- Use 'Forgot Password' link for any and all possible email addresses. Once logged in, you may update your contact email from your Dashboard.
In OnShift Employ, an email and/or phone number may only be used once in a single registered profile. This ensures proper contact information for human resources to refer to when placing a call or an email to you.
