The Messages tab is where to find your system email correspondence: My Inbox and Company Inbox.
- My Inbox – Messages from applicants who are assigned to you, or applicants replying to messages sent from you (your_name)@candidatecare.jobs will show under My Inbox.
- Company Inbox – Messages sent unsolicited from applicants or others outside the system to (your_company)@candidatecare.jobs will show in the Company Inbox. This may be utilized for recruitment.
- You can modify your OnShift Employ email address under Account > Profile. Make sure you're modifying the System Email, not just Email! If you don't set up a System Email, OnShift Employ uses your Username@candidatecare.jobs address.
