CSV Reports

Use the CSV Reports options to pull raw data within a range of application dates and export it to work within a sheet offline.

Different filters are available, depending on the report.

→ Reports tab → Metrics & Graphs → CSV Reports

Note: CSV Reports are restricted to Full Admin, Client Admin, Client Admin (view BG), Client Admin (no messaging), or elevated permissions.

Applicant Log

The Applicant Log provides a detailed report including candidate information, job opening applied to, referral source, disposition, and EEO information. This report is designed for OFCCP reporting data.

EEO-1 / VETS-4212 Reports

EEO-1 and VETS-4212 provides anonymous data collected from voluntary Self-Identification forms for required EEO and VEVRRA reporting.

To customize a detailed EEO-1 report, you must work from the "Applicant Log" report.

Stage Information Report

Timestamps of each stage completed by a candidate for the position they applied to. Column headers vary depending on your application process.
