System Email: Set an alias CandidateCare email address and avoid your company email inbox from swelling.
Default Send Email: The email address selected from the drop box will be the default email address for all messages you send through CandidateCare. When sending messages, there will be an opportunity to select another email address.

Two-factor authentication now available (optional and upon request). CandidateCare is secure and encrypts sensitive data, however, newspapers/nightly news will tell you "big" name companies are regularly compromised.
Two-factor works as an extra step in the process, a second security layer, that will reconfirm your identity when logging in.

2. Create a challenge question and answer that Avesta's CandidateCare Support can refer in the event that you ever lose access to your second-factor account.
Subscription Settings
CandidateCare sends email notifications to the Admin Assigned, when a candidate sends a message and when certain stages are completed.
Only one administrator may receive notifications at a time, typically the “Admin Assigned” to a current opening. Reassigning an application(s) to another recruiter or hiring manager will transfer notifications to that administrator.
